Artifact TOC- Workout Routine

         We all have to start at some point and focus on our health. Why not today be the first day of that plan? Lets get this routine started...***
                          My plan:
                          1)  Start by walking 30 minutes to an hour.Maybe running in between, just staying trying to stay consistent 3-5 daysout of the week.
                          2) Aiming a certain muscle to work on.
                                    Abs- situps 4 sets of 20
                                    legs- lunges 3 sets of 15
                                    arms- push ups 4 sets of 10
                               Just aiming that intensity and resistance in my workouts.
                         3) Stretching at the end of all my workouts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 ***This plan is for beginners who want to start slowly and move their way up. Rome wasnt built in one day dont be so hard on yourself.
